Pattern of CET

Environmental Science

Students those who are seeking admission to M. Sc. (Environmental Science) in the Department for an Academic Year 2016-2017 have to go through the CET Examination. After the scheduled entrance examination evaluation, the final merit list of provisionally selected candidates will be prepared based on 50% Marks from Qualifying Degree Score and 50% Marks from CET Score. The students appeared in Final Year (B.Sc. with Environmental Science, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Micro-biology, Bio-chemistry, Bio-technology, Earth Science, B.Sc. in Agriculture and Forensic Science  / B.E.(Bachelor of Engineering)shall be held eligible for CET Examination.

 Additional weightage of 1% will be given to the candidates who offered Environmental Science as one of the optional subject at the B.Sc. level for seeking the admission to M.Sc. Environmental Science.


Ph.D. Program (Environmental Science)

The admission for Ph.D is through PET Examination and as per the University rules. Seats are allocated as per the available Guide’s quota.
