In the 125^th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar under the Visionary guidance of our Honourable Vice Chancellor Professor B.A. Chopade Department of Music have started an innovative Music project of 100 Songs first time in the world. The Renowned singers in India are singing in this magnificent Project. At present 20 songs are ready for the launching in which following singers have rendered their voices.

Students of our department performed a classical Bandish on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar in Swarabhiwadan Program first time in the history of Indian classical Music on 1^st March 2016.
Department have started“Tatva-Sangeet”a new series of the various philosophies through Music.in this series, Medha Lakhpati and students of our department performed “Naadvidhan” aspecial classical based music concert on the philosophy of Bhagwan Mahaveer, first time in India on 7^th May 2016.
