The rain is not proper falling due to the cutting the trees and reducing the forests, so they argue that the students must plants the new trees, he proposed for the “River connect to each other”, reuse the waste water, every company should be establish the water treatment plant and for this purpose the government should take strict action and initiative, the agriculture should get the water for irrigation but the new technology should be used like “drip irrigation”. The water should be saved for the purpose to the inclusive development of rural and agricultural development, the small dams should be prepared, and the literacy about the water should be developed among the citizens.Dr.S.B.Warade expressed the views in his speech that, there is no accountability of water utilization in India, lacks of water has wasted in the steam, lacks of water went in the drains, lacks of water has been not reused by the industrial and other sectors. The government has construct and there are many big dams are incomplete, however it is necessary to construct the small and micro dams. Now a day government promoting for “Shet Tali” small water storage but are such storages are used to the polythene for cover the surface of ground of that storage which obstacle in the water percolation in the land or sand, therefore it has necessary do not use the such polythene and water should be penetrate in the soil or in the land. Due to the heavy raining water flows the mud or part of soil which cause the land detraction and reducing the fertility of land. So water is the Wealth it should be saved, every drop of water should be stored and penetrated in the land and should be increase water level. Due to the in future there will be the war between the nation, between the state and even between the men. In short it is necessary every person should be ready for save the water being water is life. The Director Gopinath Mundhe National Research Centre, Prin.Sarjerao Thombre gave the valuable message in his speech, that “One Drop More Crop”, it means the irrigation is most important for the purpose of increase the productivity of land. Further he expressed the theme that, “Nature based solution for Water Ecosystem” some time there is heavy rain fall about 112% to 125% and sometimes short rain fall reduces up to 40% to 50%, solution for face this situation there should be the proper water management. It is necessary to use the new technique like drip irrigation, sometimes farmers are waste the water in the drain, use the motors for taking the water from the dams and from the canals and river, such practices should be the controlled. He has been motivated to the participants for trees plantation which is cause to stop the land and water depreciation and cause to more rain.
